Makeup products fall under the non-returnable category 

Returns or exchanges are only applicable if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A valid invoice must be provided

How to Raise a Request

Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or replacement request:

  2. Share clear images of the product received, including:

    • The damaged/incorrect item

    • The original invoice

  3. In case of a refund, the paid amount will be credited to your GlowieBlushBeauty Wallet within 2 business days.

If you do not receive the refund within 7–10 business days, kindly check your GlowieBlushBeauty account again.

Order Cancellation

GlowieBlushBeauty reserves the right to cancel any order or item at its discretion if any discrepancy is found.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 24–48 business hours.

Important Note

An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund or replacement in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
Please ensure you record a clear video while opening the package.
